Culturally Appropriate Counseling

Our trained counselors provide culturally sensitive mental health support for Afghan newcomers dealing with trauma, adjustment challenges, and other mental health concerns. Services are available in English, Dari, and Pashto.

Support Groups

We offer various support groups for different demographics, including women, men, youth, and seniors. These groups provide safe spaces for sharing experiences and building resilience.

Wellness Workshops

Regular workshops focus on stress management, mindfulness, coping strategies, and overall wellness. These practical sessions help participants develop skills for maintaining mental health.

Referral Services

We connect community members with specialized mental health services when needed, helping navigate the healthcare system and access appropriate care.

Services Information

Individual Counseling: By appointment, Monday-Friday

Women's Support Group: Wednesdays, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Men's Support Group: Thursdays, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Youth Support Group: Fridays, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Wellness Workshop: First Saturday of each month, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
