Skills Development
We offer workshops and courses focused on developing practical skills that can lead to economic independence. Programs include computer skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and vocational training.
Social Connection
Our women's groups provide opportunities for Afghan women to build friendships, share experiences, and support each other. Regular gatherings include social activities, discussions, and outings.
Parenting Support
We provide resources and guidance for mothers navigating parenting in a new cultural context. Topics include the Canadian school system, children's health, and balancing cultural traditions with new experiences.
Health and Wellness
Our health programs focus on women's physical and mental well-being, with workshops on nutrition, exercise, preventive healthcare, and stress management. We also connect women with appropriate healthcare services.
